Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to assemble products or components. Cross-train and rotate between various production assignments as required to support operational needs. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety policies2nd Shift Assembly Qualifications: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Follow safety rules, work instructions, and quality standards. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work well as part of a team. Basic reading and communication skills. Ability to meet production goals and deadlines. No experience required. Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds, depending on the position. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
