About the role

Daily In-Building Licensed Substitute for 2026-2027 Weld Central High School is seeking licensed substitutes to be assigned daily to teacher vacancies or other duties as needed. Each of our district schools, Weld Central High School, Weld Central Middle School, Hoff Elementary, Hudson Elementary, Lochbuie Elementary and Meadow Ridge Elementary house daily substitutes. Typically, daily substitutes fill vacancies within their assigned location; however, daily substitutes may be assigned to any of the district locations based on the need of the district. Our ideal candidate is flexible and dependable.

Location: Primary: Keenesburg, CO As needed: Hudson and Lochbuie, CO

Requirements: Must have Colorado Department of Education Substitute Authorization or Teaching License Salary/ Benefits/Work Schedule: Daily assignments based on student attendance days per the approved 2025-2026 District Calendar, up to 4 additional days for in-service and professional development Monday - Friday, 8 hours/day $170/day Optional health, dental & vision insurance available Employee life insurance and employee assistance program Automatic enrollment into Colorado PERA retirement plan
