Marketing Operations Leader: Strategy, Automation & Analytics

DR. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead processes, platforms, governance, and execution that enable scalable, data-driven marketing across the organization. This role oversees marketing workflows, performance reporting, and operational standards to improve efficiency, consistency, and business outcomes across multiple markets. The Director will partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Analytics, and Technology teams to align capabilities with strategic
