Job Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire and expand new customer accounts across the United States Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major US retail clients and fashion brands Market Intelligence: Identify emerging market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and formulate actionable growth strategies Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our China-based operations team to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction

Qualifications: Industry Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry with established network and proven ability to generate new business opportunities Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience as Sales Manager or Product Manager within garment import/export companies Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of US fashion apparel development, merchandising, and market dynamics Results-Driven: Documented history of exceeding sales targets and successfully expanding market share
