Head of Operations — Fully Remote Growth Leader

The role is fully remote and offers a base salary of $180,000 with upside to $350,000 as the business grows. You will oversee timely exemption submissions, deadline tracking, denials and appeals, annual recertifications, and data hygiene, while reporting to the founder and maintaining SLAs and a single source of truth for clients and the team.
