Maintenance Director/Supervisor Luxor Healthcare strives for excellence! We are looking for a Maintenance Director/Supervisor to maintain smooth running of the building maintenance. Maintenance Director/Supervisor role includes: Building maintenance program and repair coordination General daily required repairs, doors, lights, paint patching… HVAC/Plumbing/Security/Fire/Electrical/Elevator… Generator compliance and scheduling of routine maintenance NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating required service visits monthly/quarterly/annually etc. You'll do great as our Maintenance Director/Supervisor because: You have Healthcare building operations experience (preferred). You have general plumbing/electrical skills. You have basic carpentry skills. You have general knowledge in utilizing tools. You are knowledge of NFPA & Life Safety codes.
