Company Description:
Triadex Services is a dynamic full-service marketing agency dedicated to empowering multi-location brands across various industries. With over 20 years of experience, we specialize in deploying targeted advertising strategies that drive measurable results for franchises, chains, and OEM dealer networks through a comprehensive mix of media channels and innovative data-driven insights.
Role Description:
The Senior Manager, Client Strategy & Growth owns the long-term health, growth, and profitability of a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is a strategic, consultative role: the person in this seat is the client's trusted advisor on lifecycle and direct mail strategy, not the coordinator who tracks their tasks. The primary measure of success is client growth and retention. This person is expected to know each client's business well enough to anticipate what they need before they ask — reading campaign performance, market shifts, and category trends, then translating those signals into recommendations that solve real business problems and expand the relationship. Equally important, this role helps build the bench. The Senior Manager coaches and develops junior client services team members, raises the standard of client-facing work across the team, and models the consultative posture Triadex wants every account to experience. Execution excellence remains non-negotiable — but this person achieves it through oversight, delegation, and clear accountability rather than by owning every task personally. Comfortable using AI for efficiencies, and in cross-departmental collaboration.
Duties:
Client Relationship Leadership Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for an assigned portfolio, building multi-threaded relationships that extend beyond a single day-to-day contact into marketing leadership, merchandising, and finance.2. Proactive Strategic Recommendations Interrogate campaign results to find the story behind the numbers, and convert findings into specific, prioritized recommendations with a clear rationale and expected impact. Monitor market, category, and consumer trends — including forecasted conditions such as postal rate changes, channel cost shifts, and category demand patterns — and bring forward implications for each client's program before they become problems. Build and pitch test-and-learn roadmaps that give clients a defensible path to improved performance, with hypotheses, success criteria, and next actions defined up front. Partner with Data Analytics to shape the questions worth asking, then translate analysis into narratives a marketing leader can take to their own executives. Bring a point of view. Clients should leave meetings with a recommendation and a reason, not a menu of options.3. Account Growth: Upsell & Cross-SellCarry accountability for organic growth and retention targets within the assigned portfolio. Diagnose client pain points and map them to Triadex capabilities, building the business case for expanded programs, additional channels, new audience strategies, or added services. Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across the Triadex portfolio, coordinating with internal specialists and digital partners to shape the right solution. Develop and deliver persuasive proposals and pitch materials that connect a recommendation to the client's business outcome and expected return. Build client success stories and case studies from proven results, and use them to advance both existing relationships and new-business conversations. Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure growth is scoped, priced, and staffed for profitability, not just volume.4. Team Leadership & Development Directly coach, mentor, and develop client services team members, with responsibility for their growth trajectory — not just their task list. Set clear expectations and provide regular, specific feedback; conduct or contribute to performance reviews and development plans. Raise the quality bar on client-facing work through review of decks, reporting, and recommendations, teaching the reasoning behind the edits so the team's judgment improves over time. Delegate deliberately, giving team members meaningful client exposure and stretch responsibility while retaining accountability for the outcome. Contribute to hiring and onboarding, and help codify what good looks like through templates, playbooks, and shared standards. Model a proactive, consultative approach that junior team members can learn from directly in live client settings.5. Execution Oversight & Quality Accountability Hold ultimate accountability for on-time, accurate delivery across the portfolio, working through the team and internal partners rather than owning the task list personally. Maintain command of project status across accounts (via Asana or equivalent), intervening where risk is real and escalating early with a recommended path forward. Coordinate across Data Analytics, Operations, Finance, Creative, and Digital Partners to keep complex campaigns aligned and moving. Ensure quality control standards are applied to campaign details, documentation, and deliverables before deployment. Identify and drive process improvements that increase team capacity for strategic work. Develop a deep working knowledge of each client's business model, customer base, competitive position, seasonality, and internal goals and use it to frame every conversation around their objectives rather than our deliverables. Own the annual and quarterly planning cadence: lead QBRs, annual strategy sessions, and roadmap conversations that set the agenda for the relationship instead of reacting to client requests. Identify early signals of risk declining engagement, budget pressure, leadership turnover, softening results and act on them proactively with a plan, not a status update. Represent the client's perspective internally, advocating for the work and trade-offs that will keep the relationship strong long term.
