Engagement Manager, IT Strategy Consulting - ERP

Overview In this role you will lead and oversee complex consulting engagements, guiding scoping, budgeting, and roadmaps to meet objectives. You’ll deliver high-quality artifacts and models while building trust with client executives. You’ll apply AI-enabled approaches to improve outcomes and mentor junior teams, driving delivery excellence in technology-enabled government transformation. Compensation / Benefitsworld-class benefitshighly competitive compensationannual bonus or role-based sales incentive plangenerous PTO401k match up to $7,200 per yearstock purchase program discount Responsibilities Oversee engagements: budgeting, scoping, and roadmapping to align with SOW and timelines Create high-quality deliverables: slide decks, manuals, requirements, and quantitative models Build client credibility, set engagement standards, and manage expectations Develop engagement hypotheses and train others in problem-solving techniques Provide timely feedback and coaching to project teams Leverage AI to identify opportunities in client projects Assist in client interviews and workshops (facilitation/content)Meet utilization and sales targets Participate in hiring and mentor junior associates Lead delivery across ERP Cloud workstreams and ensure successful life cycle implementations Key requirementsMBA or advanced degree (preferred)5+ years ERP Cloud Consulting experience (Oracle, Workday, or SAP)Experience in a top-tier management consultancy with project delivery Sales experience a plus Experience with multiple IT/Technology solutions Experience serving State and Local Government clients Track record of leading teams and driving mission-critical priorities in government Ability to inspire cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities Willingness to coach, give constructive feedback, and pursue continuous improvement Hands-on mindset with ability to adapt Gartner frameworks to client challengesleadership and people developmentcross-functional collaborationstrong communication with executivesERP Cloud implementations (Oracle, Workday, SAP)AI and analytics applicability to client projectsfacilitation of client interviews/workshops
