Requirements:
Ability to work a 45-hour week At least 18 years of age Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress situations in the store Organize and establish priorities with minimal supervision Willingness to offer opinions and recommendations towards store improvements and employee development
Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service, aiming for 100% customer satisfaction Build trust with employees and create an atmosphere of teamwork Complete daily tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and maintaining a clean and fun business environment while meeting store sales goals Supplemental pay: Tips Bonus pay Other
