Defense Litigation Paralegal
Job Description:
An established law firm in Downtown Greenville is seeking a Defense Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of litigation experience. You'll be working in a beautiful office centrally located in Downtown Greenville with hybrid flexibility following the onboarding period.
Responsibilities: Support 2-3 attorneys
Draft reports, correspondence, subpoenas, and other legal documents
Maintain billable hour requirements
Conduct legal, factual, and records research under attorney direction
Organize, analyze, and validate case information and documentation
Manage case files, including indexing and Bates labeling
Assist attorneys with hearing preparation
Coordinate with witnesses, experts, clients, and opposing counsel as directed
Qualifications: 3+ years of paralegal experience working for a professional law firm
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
