Job Description
Division Leader – Construction Services Overview:
  • Lead the construction division, overseeing operations, team development, and project profitability.
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives and maintain strong client relationships within the construction industry.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects ranging from $500K to $10M in value.

  • Division Leader – Construction Services Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, estimators, and field personnel.
  • Oversee daily operations for all construction projects within the division.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize project execution and profitability.
  • Lead estimating and proposal development processes to secure profitable projects.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Monitor project performance, financials, and risk to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leadership on division planning and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all projects.
Division Leader – Construction Services Job Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in construction, demolition, or related fields. Proven expertise in project management, estimating, and operational leadership. Experience managing multiple projects and large field teams effectively. Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with construction management platforms like Procore or Xactimate. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel regionally up to 40% of the time.
