The Heist is seeking a Creative Director, Motion to lead a nimble team of motion designers in crafting visually stunning 2D and 3D graphics for high-impact campaigns. You will storyboard, guide design and animation, oversee assets, and collaborate directly with clients to translate ideas into compelling results. You’ll drive creative direction, mentor teammates, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure brand standards across campaigns, while pushing for innovative workflows and excellence.
