Hills & Dales in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to coordinate, integrate, and monitor the active treatment program for each resident in line with ICF/ID regulations and CARF standards. The QIDP will direct work and provide supervision and leadership of Personal Assistants through mentoring and development of a cohesive team, and will facilitate IPP meetings, quarterly reviews, and monthly progress notes.
