Job Description:
T-shirt and jeans are allowed; jeans cannot be ripped. Safety boots must be worn, you will be sent home without safety shoes. This role is for regulated drivers of over 10,001lbs GVWR; this means you will operate a class C vehicle and will need to obtain a DOT Medical Card. Safely operates Class C vehicles to manage product deliveries, battery recovery, and customer installations. This role focuses on route efficiency, accurate documentation, and maintaining high standards of safety and service. This is a non-CDL role.
Core Responsibilities:
Logistics & Delivery: Execute timely product deliveries and used battery pickups; plan efficient routes and manage consignment stock.
Technical Service: Perform on-site battery installations and safely handle all loading/unloading tasks.
Operations: Maintain precise transaction records, assist in training new drivers, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of delivery experience with a clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and no incidents. Age: Must be 18 years old.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; 3.0 GPA preferred. Compliance: Solid knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations and safe hazardous material handling.
Skills:
Proficient with material handling tools, ERP applications such as NetSuite, and customer relationship management. Screening / Compliance
Background Check: Flex standard BGC
Drug Screen: 10 panel
Certification / License:
