Director of Engineering — Multi-Property Operations

Flow is seeking a Director of Engineering to oversee building operations, maintenance performance, and critical systems across a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will work with General Managers and onsite teams to ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with Flow standards. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership experience across multiple properties, comfortable reviewing budgets, and mentoring maintenance staff while traveling throughout the portfolio.
