Master's Degree strongly preferred15 years of progressive experience as a senior contributor in Information TechnologyAt least 3 prior successful experiences completing digital infrastructure transformation projectsExperience integrating compute, network, and storage infrastructures to create an optimized end-to-end customer delivery experience using industry leading automation and orchestration toolsExperience delivering highly reliable IT services and capabilities within a 24x7 operationExperience with server operations across multiple operating systems and hypervisorsExperience deploying infrastructures supporting application mobility across public, private, and hybrid cloud infrastructuresExperience working with managed services partners including contracts, resource management, SLA definitions and delivery managementProven participant in cross functional solution design and developmentConversant in enterprise security capabilities including device and perimeter level measures including active third party servicesUnderstanding of requirements and methods of system level SOX and operational controlsExpertise with ITIL v3 processes, procedures and toolsExtensive understanding of the design and use of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its integration with ITIL processes such as change, request, incident, and problem.Strong people development and mentoring skillsDemonstrated expertise in the development and execution of strategic technology roadmaps
