Labor & Employment Counsel (Attorney) – Public Sector

Marion County is recruiting a Human Resources Labor Counsel to join our team. If you are passionate about employee and labor relations and want to work with a highly collaborative team of HR Professionals, this position is for you! The role requires admission to the Oregon State Bar and at least five years of law practice with substantial labor and employment law experience, including negotiation responsibilities. Public sector experience is preferred but not required.
