Field Training Manager

Overview In this role you will lead the strategy and execution of field training across a geographically dispersed store network, building scalable learning solutions that drive operational excellence and Team Member development. You will manage a team of Field Trainers and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into effective training. Your focus is on adoption, continuous improvement, and measurable impact on store execution and customer experience. The role offers the chance to shape how frontline teams learn and perform at scale in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute the field training strategy aligned with business priorities and learner needs. Lead and develop the Field Training team, setting priorities and ensuring accountability. Design, deliver, and maintain scalable training programs for onboarding, skills, processes, leadership, and compliance. Create blended learning solutions and facilitate engaging training using adult-learning methods. Translate policy and process updates into actionable training resources and performance support. Manage multiple training initiatives with clear timelines, roles, and stakeholder expectations. Optimize learning systems, content repositories, calendars, and technologies for current, accessible resources. Establish training governance, documentation standards, and measurement data. Key requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred in learning and development, instructional design, HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Minimum of five years in training/L&D, retail operations, or related field. People leadership experience with coaching and performance management. Experience supporting multi-unit or geographically dispersed operations.
