PeopleSoft HCM Developer – Federal Government
Location: Arlington, VAContract: 6+ months
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance🇺🇸 Citizenship: U.S. Citizen required
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support a major U.S. Federal Government programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM solutions across a range of core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft HCM applications
- Design and develop solutions using PeopleCode and Application Engine
- Support Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Time & Labor
- Develop integrations and enhancements within the PeopleSoft environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders and project teams
- Participate in Agile / SAFe ceremonies and delivery activities
- Support testing, documentation and deployment activities
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience 3+ years supporting Federal Government HCM environments
- Strong PeopleCode experience
- Strong Application Engine experience
- Experience across PeopleSoft HCM modules
- Experience with integrations and custom development
- Agile / SAFe experience
- Active Secret ClearanceU.S. Citizenship
