Director of Learning & Enterprise Strategy

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Director of Learning in Houston to own the enterprise learning strategy, governance, and program delivery. You will partner with executives to translate strategy into a prioritized learning agenda, modernize content, and drive scalable solutions across markets. You will build and lead the Program Manager Team and Coach Team, collaborate with HR, IS, and Field Operations, and manage a learning budget to ensure impactful development across the business.
