To enhance implementation capabilities, the full-time Automation and AI Specialist will design and develop innovative automation and AI-driven solutions for the Mortgage Cadence Platform, collaborating remotely with various teams to streamline client configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI- and automation-driven solutions for client implementations of MCP
Leverage Large Language Models to interpret client documentation and generate configuration outputs
Build and optimize automated workflows using tools like n8n, Power Automate, or custom scripts
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in automation, AI/ML, or software development
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Power Automate, or Zapier
Experience with Large Language Models like OpenAI GPT or Claude
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and systems integration concepts
Proficient in JavaScript, Python, .NET, or other scripting languages used for automation
