Job Description:
- Job DescriptionTHIS ROLE WILL BE ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK IN MANHATTAN.Accountant/Bookkeeper
- A well-positioned fashion apparel company with a rich history is seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our
- Finance team. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations of the Accounting team and reports toResponsibilitiesAccount reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Journal Entries
- Expense analysis
- Royalty reporting
- Inventory cut-offsDTC analysis
- Review of AP entries
- Ad hoc reporting
- Handle other general accounting requirements
Skills and qualifications:
- • Associates degree or experience in bookkeeping•2 or more years of related experienceapparel industry experience a big plus
- High proficiency with ExcelStrong organizational skills
- Must be a team member working for departmental success but also able to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrates responsible behavior
- Track record of completing work on time and accurately
- Detail oriented and curious and able to prioritize time management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
