CLEVELAND Lawyer, Procurement Support - Firm Administration

Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree required with current bar admission and in good standing in the jurisdiction in which the candidate resides. Minimum of two years of law firm, in-house, procurement, commercial contracting, technology transactions, or related negotiation experience. Strong contract review, negotiation, communication, and project management skills required; Experience negotiating technology, procurement, and other commercial agreements and the ability to balance legal risk with operational and business objectives preferred. Experience with information security, cybersecurity, data privacy, artificial intelligence, or vendor risk management matters preferred. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $150,000 to $180,000.
