The ideal candidate will support infrastructure operations, system testing, incident management, and operational flow design for mission-critical banking SkillsStrong communication skills in EnglishExperience designing and managing operational flows and batch processing workflowsFamiliarity with operational processes, runbooks, and support methodologiesAbility to work across infrastructure, application, and business teamsExperience with monitoring and scheduling toolsBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, production support, or system operations within Windows Server environments3+ years of experience supporting core banking systems (T24 preferred)3+ years of experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in production environments3+ years of experience supporting system testing, release activities, and operational readinessBachelor's DegreePreferred QualificationsBanking or financial services industry experienceFamiliarity with enterprise monitoring and scheduling toolsExperience working in high-availability production environmentsAbility to coordinate with offshore/onshore teamsAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
