Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Support the grant application process and related documentation. Create, analyze, track, and modify budgets and expenses. Prepare financial and business reports using Microsoft Excel. Work with PeopleSoft HR and Procurement systems. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial activities. Support audits and ensure accurate financial reporting. Analyze business and financial data and provide insights to stakeholders. Assist with accounting, budgeting, and business analysis activities as needed.

Required: Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Science, Arts, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, or business analysis experience preferred. Experience with the grant application process. Strong knowledge of budget creation, analysis, expense tracking, and modifications. Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Procurement. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel reporting. Exposure to audits and grant-related financial processes. Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills. SQL knowledge is preferred but not required.
