DC Venture Associate: All Access Fund Recruiter

Capital Factory is seeking a Venture Associate to identify and recruit premier technology founders for its All Access Fund. You will build a vibrant DC-area startup network, speak at community events, and leverage AI tools to manage deal flow. You will develop relationships with CEOs, angels, and venture capitalists, track leads in the CRM, and contribute to Capital Factory’s mission of backing America’s hard-tech innovators.
