Now Hiring – Machine Operator 1 / Injection Mold
Pay:
$16.00/hour Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:00 AM 4-Day Workweek! We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our production team! This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on work operating injection molding equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and operate injection molding machines
- Mask and unmask parts
- Load and unload parts from machines
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Repair defective parts as needed
- Clean molds and production equipment
- Check machine settings and operating parameters
- Ensure materials are ready for production
- Follow safety and production procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical experience or mechanical aptitude preferred
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, pushing, pulling and stooping
- Ability to lift, pull and carry 20–50+ lbs., depending on the assignment
- Comfortable working in heat during the summer and cold during the winter
