About the role

Roles and Responsibilities: Configure and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules, Employee Service Centers, and knowledge portals. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications. Develop and support REST API-based integrations using JSON and authentication protocols. Automate HR workflows covering employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits, payroll, learning, and case management. Analyze employee journeys and identify opportunities to improve self-service and workflow automation. Support Virtual Agents, conversational interfaces, knowledge management, and employee productivity solutions. Collaborate with HR, IT, Security, and Employee Experience teams to improve service delivery. Prepare business requirements, process flows, integration specifications, and user stories. Explore AI-powered employee support solutions using Moveworks, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise AI assistants.
Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD, HR technology, employee experience platforms, or HR process automation. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD and employee self-service solutions. Experience integrating Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar enterprise platforms. Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and enterprise integrations. Experience with workflow automation and case management. Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service delivery.
Preferred Skills: ServiceNow HRSD certification. Workday integration experience. Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and conversational technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI assistants, or chatbots. Exposure to Moveworks, enterprise search, and knowledge management platforms. Experience supporting large enterprise employee populations.
