About the Role: The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial strategy for its global, multi-channel portfolio of businesses. The successful candidate will have a significant role in setting and executing long-range financial plans, driving cash flow and working capital performance, and ensuring strong financial governance. This executive will be a key partner to the CEO and other business leaders, with a focus on influencing growth, investment, and the creation of long-term value. The role requires a leader with a strong background in both accounting and FP&A, at least 10 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, and a proven track record of managing the financial dynamics of an inventory-intensive business. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for leading a team that spans various financial functions and must be comfortable operating within the firearms and Second Amendment industry. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Finance position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and experience in eCommerce, retail, merchandising, wholesale distribution, or manufacturing. While not mandatory, an MBA, CPA, or CFA is valued. The role demands a professional with strong executive communication skills, the ability to present complex financial information clearly, and a talent for building and leading high-performing teams. The VP of Finance will be expected to work closely with the merchandising and supply chain teams to enhance inventory productivity and margin performance, and to ensure the company's financial activities are in compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and enterprise risk management standards.
