Investment Banking Associate

Q Advisors is actively seeking experienced Associates to support corporate finance transactions within Technology, Media, and Telecom (“TMT”) industry sectors. The Associate will play an integral role across all phases of deal execution and a broad range of transaction types, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and numerous other financial advisory mandates. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong financial modeling, and analytical capabilities, as well as a thorough understanding of corporate accounting and financial reporting. The individual must excel in a team environment with the ability to effectively oversee Analysts while supporting senior bankers and deal execution across the entire transaction life cycle.
