Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Infor CloudSuite V11 Implementation Consultantto support the implementation and migration of Infor CloudSuite V11 Multi-Tenant ERP for the Trinity River Authority of Texas (TRA). The consultant will be responsible for supporting the migration fromInfor Lawson V10 to Infor CloudSuite V11, including business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience withInfor Lawson/CloudSuite, enterprise ERP implementations, public‑sector organizations, and complex integrations involving HCM/Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, LMS, and third‑party systems.

Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation & Solution DesignLead or support implementation of Infor CloudSuite V11 Multi-Tenant ERP. Analyze current Lawson V10 business processes and develop future‑state CloudSuite processes. Conduct discovery and fit‑gap workshops with business and technical stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable Infor CloudSuite solutions. Configure modules, workflows, security roles, approvals, and reporting. Support conference‑room‑pilot and future‑state process design sessions. Lawson V10 to CloudSuite V11 MigrationSupport migration from Infor Lawson V10 to Infor CloudSuite V11. Analyze Lawson configuration, business processes, master data, historical data, and interfaces. Develop migration and conversion strategies. Support data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and mock conversion cycles. Assist with legacy‑to‑new chart of accounts and other data mappings. Support data archival and historical‑data retention strategies. Functional ModulesProvide expertise across one or more of the following areas: Finance / General Ledger Project Accounting Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Budgeting Supply Chain Management Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Human Capital Management Payroll Workforce Management Learning Management Expense Management Reporting and Analytics Data ConversionDevelop and execute data conversion plans. Support migration of Lawson Finance/SCM data. Support migration of UKG HCM/Payroll data, including employee information, benefits, accruals, payroll history, tax setup, and YTD balances. Support Cornerstone LMS data migration, including transcripts, completions, and compliance records. Perform data validation, reconciliation, exception management, and sign‑off. Participate in multiple mock conversion cycles. Integration & Infor IONDesign, configure, document, and test integrations using theInfor ION Platform. Support APIs, interfaces, data exchanges, and third‑party integrations. Integrate Infor CloudSuite with banking, payroll tax, benefits, LMS, and other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues. Develop integration documentation and support technical testing. Infor Velocity SuiteSupport deployment of Infor Velocity Suite capabilities. Participate in process‑mining activities to identify automation opportunities. Support RPA and automated document‑processing workflows. Assist with OCR/document automation. Support GenAI/agentic AI capabilities within ION workflows where applicable. Testing & Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute unit, string, SIT, and UAT test scenarios. Support end‑to‑end testing across Finance, SCM, HCM, Payroll, WFM, LMS, and related systems. Participate in parallel payroll testing and reconciliation against UKG. Support regression testing for subsequent CloudSuite updates. Track defects and coordinate resolution with functional and technical teams. Support go‑live readiness and quality assurance activities. Training & Organizational Change ManagementSupport change‑impact assessments and stakeholder engagement. Develop role‑based training materials. Support training for end users, power users, administrators, and technical personnel. Participate in train‑the‑trainer activities. Provide knowledge transfer to TRA personnel. Support development of detailed cutover and migration runbooks. Coordinate Finance/SCM, HCM/Payroll, and LMS cutover activities. Participate in go/no‑go readiness assessments. Troubleshoot production issues during the hyper‑care period. Support defect resolution, issue triage, and stabilization. Assist with transition from hyper‑care to steady‑state support.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Infor Lawson/Infor CloudSuite solutions. Demonstrated experience withInfor Lawson V10 to Infor CloudSuite migrations. Experience with at leasttwo completed Lawson V10-to-CloudSuite migrations within the last five yearspreferred/required for key project personnel where applicable. Strong experience with Infor CloudSuite Finance and/or Supply Chain Management. Experience with Infor HCM, Payroll, LMS, and/or Workforce Management strongly preferred. Experience with complex enterprise data conversions. Experience designing and implementing integrations usingInfor ION. Experience with APIs, interfaces, data exchanges, and third‑party integrations. Experience with enterprise ERP testing, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care. Strong understanding of ERP security, role‑based access, workflow, and segregation of duties. Experience working with public‑sector, governmental, utility, authority, or similarly complex organizations preferred. Strong communication, documentation, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills. Preferred ExperienceExperience migrating customers fromUKG to Infor HCM/Payroll. Experience migrating fromCornerstone or comparable LMS platforms to Infor. Experience with Infor Velocity Suite. Experience with process mining, RPA, OCR/document automation, and GenAI/AI‑enabled workflows. Experience with financial/project accounting for organizations managing long‑term capital or infrastructure projects. Experience with public‑sector ERP implementations. Experience supporting large, multi‑module ERP transformations. Infor certifications relevant to the proposed role. Cybersecurity training or relevant security certification.
