Production Supervisor/Industrial Supervisor
Location: Theodore/Mobile, AL
Type: Direct Hire
Looking for a Production Supervisor/Industrial Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, support production goals, and manage a production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support production employees.
Monitor daily production, quality, safety, and workflow.
Troubleshoot production issues and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate materials, staffing, and production schedules.
Review and use basic blueprints/drawings and production specifications.
Maintain production records and communicate issues to Engineering, Quality, and other teams.
Support process improvements, 5S, and efficient production flow.
Requirements:
5+ years of manufacturing experience in a related environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
Ability to understand and use basic blueprints.
Ability to perform basic math.
High School Diploma/GED.
