Who They Are We've partnered with a leading manufacturer of tanks, pressure vessels, packaged water heaters, and other heating systems and industrial equipment. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of direct reports consisting of production engineers, CAD designers, and technical aftermarket support members.
What You'll Do:
Manage and mentor a team of engineers Recruit, interview, and onboard new engineering talent Lead custom engineering projects for pressure vessels, electric boilers, and packaged water heaters Develop and maintain engineering standards, design specifications, and calculation templates
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldPE License preferred 7+ years in pressure vessel design 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership or project management role Proficiency with CAD software
