Director of Clinical Services — Home Health RN (Brooklyn)

Caring Angels Home Care, LLC in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a full-time Director of Clinical Services to oversee the agency's clinical day-to-day operations, including quality initiatives, staffing, in-service education, onboarding and service delivery. Must adhere to NYS DOH guidelines and collaborate with physicians, nurses and discharge planners. As Director you will assess patient care needs, coordinate intake, ensure comprehensive Plans of Treatment, arrange DME and services, schedule visits,
