Maintenance Assistant (1st and 3rd Shifts)

Responsibilities: · Utilize both mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearing, power transmission, lubrication, welding)· Must have basic knowledge of PLC’s, A/C, motors and drives, schematics in our continuous process manufacturingenvironment to achieve maximum machine up time· Work professionally with maintenance supervisor and machine crews to troubleshoot and solve problems· Engage in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas· On-the-job success in safety, attendance and quality of work· Excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem-solving skills· Willing to work flexible shifts and weekends when necessary
