About the Role: We have a current opening for a Supply Chain Development Manager - Integration and Performance NAM and are actively reviewing applications. The North America Supply Chain Development Manager is responsible for coordinating the SC agenda for continuous improvement including integration of affiliated entities and synergies initiatives, organizational design & changes, trainings & skillset development, process compliance, performance objectives and key projects across the broader Supply Chain.This position is responsible for supporting the design of the Sustainability journey by leading sustainability projects working cross-functionally. Finally, this individual will be involved in deploying enhancements to drive an increasingly performance culture within the North America Supply Chain. Schedule: Monday- Friday, typical Daytime hoursHybrid Schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days RemoteMain Responsibilities:Lead operational transformational initiatives and process improvements efforts, combining extensive hands-on experience, change management and performance improvement techniques for problem-solving with a strong drive for resultsProject manage key complex initiatives that will drive overall Supply Chain resultsCollaborate with cross-functional groups to determine objectives and advises on impact of functional strategiesProvide support to regional and market-based supply chain leadership in understanding overall performance and costDeploy advanced analytics and reporting tools to identify root causes, trends, and develop actions to improveSupport supply chain leadership with project cost/benefit analysis and recommendationsKPI Alignment with Group Operations' direction and to ensure the timely management and reporting of this activity. Where necessary, an in-depth review of the root cause(s) should be performed with suggested corrective measures identified.Support Supply Chain management in budget development and financial variance analysisEnsures compliance with Group Operations' policies and procedures and provides oversight to ensure that corrective and preventative actions for the region are on-trackManages completion of the annual regional Sustainability StudyPrepares proposals on investments for presentation to the Group Investment CommitteeEnsures on-going compliance with the Group standards and policies regarding quality and food safetyAbout You:10+ years total experience across multiple roles within Supply Chain, preferably within Project teams (e.g. Operational excellence, Transformation, etc.) including experience in process improvements, change management and / or Sustainability.A University degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or Business; a master's degree or MBA is preferredProven track record in managing and driving change /transformation through robust Project managementCross functional experience across the end-to-end Supply Chain including Logistics, Customer Service, Planning, or Project management / Continuous improvement (preferred)Strong knowledge of SAP ECC. The base compensation range for this position is $122,854.00 - $163,806.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
