About the role

Primary Care NP/PA (High Compensation + Bonus) Chandler, AZ$160,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $180,000+)We re hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a fast-paced, high-performing Primary Care / Value-Based Care clinic in Chandler, AZ. This is a great fit for a provider who enjoys staying busy, leading a strong support team, and practicing efficiently with excellent structure.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $160,000 guaranteed base salary
  • Up to $20,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
  • Total comp potential: $180,000+Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO + CME401(k) with match
  • Malpractice coverage
  • ScheduleMonday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PMNo weekends
  • Built-in workflow support: MA + Scribe
  • Protected admin time daily for chart closure
  • Role Expectations
  • Manage 23 patients/day (20-minute templates)
  • Address HEDIS care gaps and document HCC/RAF accurately
Requirements:
  • Active NP (APRN) or PA-C license in AZ3 years Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine experience
  • Value-Based Care experience preferred
  • Athena EMR preferred
