As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Brand Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with people, building relationships, and developing skills in marketing and sales within a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent client brands inside retail locations through face-to-face interactions
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering a positive, engaging experience
- Communicate product features, promotions, and services clearly and confidently
- Assist customers in selecting products and services that best fit their needs
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
- Support daily sales and marketing initiatives to help meet team goals
- Provide feedback to leadership to improve campaign performance and customer experience
- Maintain a professional image while representing Evercrest Group and its clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or marketing is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused environment
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Organized with strong time management skills
- Team-oriented with a positive, driven attitude
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability
