Overview
In this role you will lead the development and execution of structured change management strategies to boost adoption and deliver measurable business results. You’ll work closely with sponsors, leaders, and project teams to embed change into execution and surface risks early. You will build organizational change capability, enabling leaders and employees to navigate and sustain change. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes a change-capable culture across the company.
Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and execution plans to achieve business objectives and ROIAssess readiness and design interventions to foster adoption Identify early adoption and alignment risks and address them with sponsors and teams Integrate change management with project planning and execution alongside the business Clarify problems, success metrics, and sustain shared understanding across leaders Engage and support change champions and key stakeholders to build commitment Monitor, measure, and report progress with leading indicators of adoption Strengthen sponsorship, clarify roles, and reduce friction to enable effective sponsorship Coach leaders, managers, and teams to build change capability across the organization Collaborate with Change Management teammates to share best practices and set standards Maintain visibility into business unit change portfolios for capacity and impact assessment Develop and facilitate competency-building workshops for all levels of the organization
Key requirements 7+ years of experience in organizational change management Proven success applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools with hands-on activities such as audience impact assessments and sponsorship networks Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational leadership, or related field Prosci or CCMP certification preferred Experience with large-scale technology and process changes; familiarity with project management approaches Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or capability-building programs for change adoption preferred Courage to lead and challenge assumptions Strong collaboration across functions Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clarity Change management principles, methodologies, and tools Audience impact assessments and analyses Sponsorship coalition building and change networks
