Senior Landfill Operations & Compliance Director

The Area Landfill Director (ALFD) at GFL Industries leads post-collection engineering, compliance, and technical support for the region. They coordinate with Area Management, field operations, and regulators to ensure permit compliance and execute capital projects—from landfill gas to energy and lfg collection expansions—within budget ranges of $40M to over $100M annually. They oversee budget development with VP Post Collections and VP EH&S, manage Gas Managers, and drive continuous improvement.
