Job Title: IT M&A Deal Lead / TSA Manager
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT M&A Deal Lead / TSA Manager to lead complex IT divestiture initiatives and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) from due diligence through TSA exit. This individual will own the end-to-end execution of IT transactions, partnering with business and IT leadership to ensure successful separations while maintaining business continuity. Strong preference will be given to candidates with divestiture/carve-out experience over acquisition experience. Candidates must have led transactions end-to-end, not simply participated on individual workstreams. Key Responsibilies Lead IT M&A transactions from planning through execution and TSA exit Manage governance and delivery of IT Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) Develop and execute TSA Exit Plans with IT Service Owners, business stakeholders, and vendors Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, project managers, and external partners Track project milestones, risks, budgets, dependencies, and overall deal progress Facilitate executive communications, status reporting, and stakeholder alignment Identify roadblocks and drive timely resolution Support continuous improvement of IT M&A methodologies and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred 10+ years of IT Program or Project Management experience
- Proven experience leading IT M&A transactions end-to-end
- Strong experience managing IT Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs), including governance and TSA exit
- Hands-on divestiture/carve-out experience is highly preferred
- Experience within large multinational organizations
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
