You're a strong editor, a nimble producer who understands that luxury clean beauty deserves content that feels as intentional as the product itself. WHAT YOU'LL OWNSocial Content — Meta (Instagram & Facebook)Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook — feed, Reels, and Stories — that reflects AKAR's aesthetic and editorial sensibility. Write compelling captions that balance brand voice (botanically grounded, aspirational, clean) with platform-native engagement. Own the content calendar and adapt quickly to seasonal moments, product launches, and editorial opportunities. Monitor performance metrics and use data to iterate — you know when to experiment and when to double down. Create campaign concepts rooted in AKAR's botanical origin story and ingredient philosophy Affiliate & Creator Platform Build and manage AKAR's affiliate-creator program from the ground up — identifying, recruiting, and onboarding micro-influencers whose audiences align with our clean luxury positioning. Brief creators with clear, on-brand guidelines while leaving room for authentic expression. Track affiliate performance and optimize the program continuously. Develop long-term ambassador relationships that evolve into deeper brand partnerships. Research emerging platforms and creator trends to keep AKAR ahead of the curve.
