RoleAssociate Director, Program Management Leader in Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine R&D, responsible for translating compound development strategies into actionable plans and leading cross-functional teams to execute drug development programs. The role involves navigating complex drug development processes, securing resources, and managing multiple stakeholder interfaces across global sites.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Life Science with at least 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, including clinical development operations, project management, and knowledge of GxP regulations. Experience in managing Phase I-IV trials, preferably in Oncology, with clinical research and project management methodologies. Certification such as PMP is preferred. Proven leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to operate in matrixed, global teams.
