SRC Paraprofessional: Student Support & Growth

Midland Public Schools is seeking a Full-Time Paraprofessional to support the Student Resource Center (SRC) at Midland High School in Midland, Michigan. The role focuses on promoting positive student behavior, attendance, and MTSS-based interventions under the SRC umbrella. The SRC Facilitator helps students develop skills in responsible thinking, relationships, and emotional management, while maintaining records and collaborating with staff to ensure student success.
