Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist School-Based Educator

Ampersand Therapy LLC in Seattle seeks a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist for the 2026–2027 school year. The itinerant role supports students across multiple school sites in-person. You will deliver specialized instruction, assess communication needs, develop and monitor IEPs, adapt materials, and collaborate with families, interpreters, audiologists, and school teams. This position offers a collaborative, supportive environment with strong district partnerships.
