Commissioning Manager – Data Center Projects (Traveling)

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full commissioning lifecycle from design-phase review to project turnover Direct and documentpre-functional and functional testingof HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems Coordinate with PMs, trade partners, and third-party commissioning agents to ensure alignment Leadintegrated systems testing (IST)and validate system performance per client specifications Manage issue logs and reporting using commissioning software (e.g., Facility Grid, BlueRithm, CXAlloy) Ensure system readiness and generate closeout documentation for owner acceptance
