Job Description:
Machining Part Supplier ( Seattle California )
Position: Quality Auditor - As 9100
Industry: Aerospace – Supplier
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Quality Audit for machined components at supplier
Experience withCNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, and metallic aerospace components.
Strong knowledge ofGD&T, blueprint reading, dimensional inspection, FAI/AS9102, NCR and 8D.
Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM reports, etc.).
Ensure compliance with AS9100, quality requirements, and purchase order specifications.
Review material certificates, process certifications, CoC, and inspection records for traceability.
Preferred Certifications:
AS9100 Lead/Internal Auditor
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
AS9102/FAI training
8D / Root Cause Analysis training
GD&T certification
