Remote Real Estate Associate Agent (Flexible Hours)

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help clients buy or sell homes on a flexible schedule. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and work remotely in the field with no office visits required. As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event while affiliates gain access to optional educational services to grow your skills. A license and MLS/realtor association participation are encouraged, with transportation and tech readiness essential.
