About the role

Responsibilities:
  • Lead full project lifecycle management including buyout, contracts, budgeting, and schedule oversight.
  • Own and manage the master schedule using Primavera P6Collaborate closely with estimating post‑bid to refine scope and delivery approach
  • Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem solving
  • Support site operations as needed to maintain a cohesive, hands‑on project environment
  • Ensure all work complies with federal requirements and secure‑site access standards Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of project management experience with a general contractor
  • Has managed ground up $15M+ commercial projects
