Registered Nurse

Provides direct nursing care to residents at Valley Manor Care Center, including assessments, medications, treatments, and documentation. Leads and coordinates assigned-unit staff, monitors resident well-being, and communicates with families, clinicians, and facility leadership in accordance with Colorado nursing requirements. Assess residents' physical and cognitive status and monitor their well-being. Administer prescribed medications and treatments and report responses or potential problems. Plan, direct, and coordinate shift routines and assign personnel to meet resident needs. Ensure unit staff complete assigned duties and provide direction as the person in charge. Maintain accurate and timely resident care documentation and follow facility procedures. xevrcyc Communicate with residents, families, coworkers, supervisors, and outside agencies; report suspected abuse, neglect, and workplace exposures.
